Local Telephone Company Billing Option Fee. If Customer elects to be billed Company charges on Customer’s local telephone service bill (and the Company is not the Customer’s local telephone service provider), Customer will be charged a fee to recover the charge imposed on the Company by the billing local telephone service provider. A Customer who selects the Company as his/her/its local exchange carrier will be billed pursuant to applicable Company tariffs.
