Common use of Location and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Location and Inspection. 21.1 Other than portable Goods, you must not move the Goods from their location noted on the Rental Agreement without our prior written consent. 21.2 You agree to provide our authorized agents and us with reasonable access to inspect the Goods to confirm their existence, condition and proper maintenance. 21.3 If you fail to provide access to us and/or our authorized agents, we have the right, subject to compliance with any applicable law, to enter the premises, or authorise our agents to enter the premises, where we believe the Goods are located in order to confirm their existence, condition and proper maintenance.
