Common use of Location and Reproduction Clause in Contracts

Location and Reproduction. I agree to maintain at my work station and/or any other place under my control only such Proprietary Information as I have a current “need to know.” I promise to return to the appropriate person or location or otherwise properly dispose of Proprietary Information once that need to know no longer exists. I also promise not to reproduce the Proprietary Information or otherwise make it available to anyone unless there is a legitimate and genuine business need for reproduction.
