Location; Inspection. Once installed, no item of the Equipment will be moved or relocated from the location specified for it in the Equipment Schedule without Lessor’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during regular business hours to enter into and upon the property where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.
Location; Inspection. The Property will be initially located or based at the location specified in the applicable Property Schedule. Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours to enter into and upon the property of Lessee for the purpose of inspecting the Property.

Except as otherwise provided in this Lease Agreement or consented to in writing by Sunrise, Equitrans will keep each item of equipment comprising the Sunrise Facilities in Equitrans’ possession and control at the installed locations as of the date such facilities are constructed and placed into service. Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during regular business hours to enter into and upon the property where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment; provided, that, so long as no Event of Default or Event of Non-Appropriation has occurred or is continuing, Lessor shall first arrange with Lessee as to the times during regular business hours that Lessor may inspect the Equipment.
