Common use of Location; Inspection Clause in Contracts

Location; Inspection. Once installed, no item of the Equipment will be moved or relocated from the location specified for it in the Equipment Schedule without Lessor’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during regular business hours to enter into and upon the property where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.
