LOCATION; INSPECTION; USE Sample Clauses

The 'Location; Inspection; Use' clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding access to, examination of, and permitted activities within a specified property or premises. Typically, it outlines who may enter the location, under what conditions inspections can be conducted, and what types of use are allowed or restricted during the term of an agreement. For example, it may allow a tenant to inspect the premises before occupancy or require the landlord to provide reasonable notice before entering for repairs. This clause ensures both parties understand their boundaries and obligations, reducing disputes over access, maintenance, and use of the property.
