Location, Language and Timing Sample Clauses

Location, Language and Timing. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties within fifteen (15) days of the demand for arbitration, the arbitration shall take place in the English language in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, within sixty (60) days of when the arbitrator(s) are appointed. The arbitration hearing shall be held on consecutive business days without interruption to the maximum extent practicable.
