Common use of Location of Books and Chief Executive Office Clause in Contracts

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4; and (b) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.

Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4; and (b) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.

Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 44 to the Collateral Disclosure Letter; and (b) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.

Such Grantor will: (ai) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 41; and (bii) give at least 15 daysten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (A) any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (B) any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Each Grantor willshall: (ai) keep all Books (other than copies) pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 41; and (bii) give at least 15 days’ prior prompt written notice to the Administrative Agent Agent, but in any event within 30 days, of (a) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (b) any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (a) subject to clause (b) of this Section 5.11, keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment Collateral of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4; and (b) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment Collateral of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment Accounts Receivable for such Grantor.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Each Grantor will: (ai) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4SCHEDULE B; and (bii) give at least 15 thirty (30) days’ ' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (A) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (B) any changes in the location of such Grantor's chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Each Grantor willshall: (ai) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 41; and (bii) give at least 15 30 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent Lender of (A) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (B) any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (ai) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 41; and (bii) give at least 15 ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (A) any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (B) any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor willshall: (ai) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 41; and (bii) give at least 15 30 days’ ' prior written notice to the Administrative Collateral Agent and each Credit Agent of (A) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (B) any changes in the location of Grantor's chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4; and (b) give at least 15 [●] days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.

Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4the Perfection Certificate; and (b) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.
