Common use of Location of Books and Chief Executive Office Clause in Contracts

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Grantor will: (i) keep all Books at Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or other place where Grantor conducts business that is set forth in Schedule 1 (or specified in writing by the Grantor to the Administrative Agent after the date of this Agreement) and (ii) promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any changes in the location of Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (i) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at such Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or other business, place where such Grantor conducts business that is set forth or such other location provided in Schedule 1 (or specified in writing by the Grantor to the Administrative Agent after the date of this Agreement) 1, and (ii) promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (i) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at such Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or other place where such Grantor conducts business that is set forth in Schedule 1 (or specified in writing by the Grantor to the Administrative Agent after the date of this Agreement) and (ii) promptly notify the Administrative Agent Investor of any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Such Grantor will: (i) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at such Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or other place where such Grantor conducts business that is set forth in Schedule 1 (or specified in writing by the Grantor to the Administrative Agent after the date of this Agreement) and (ii) promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Such Grantor will: (ia) subject to clause (b) of this Section 5.13, keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or other place where Grantor conducts business that is the locations set forth in Schedule 1 (or specified in writing by the Grantor to the Administrative Agent after the date of this Agreement) 4; and (iib) promptly notify in writing the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the location Rights to Payment of Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of businesssuch Grantor are kept.
