Common use of Location of Borrower and Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Location of Borrower and Guarantor. As of the date hereof, the principal place of business of Borrower and each Guarantor and the address for purposes of notice under this Agreement and the Loan Documents are identified on Schedule 5.17. Neither Borrower nor Guarantor shall change any such location or address identified above without first providing Lender ten (10) days’ prior written notice of any such change.
