Location of Grantors. Item A of Schedule I hereto identifies for such Grantor (i) the state in which it is organized, (ii) the relevant organizational identification number (or states that one does not exist), and (iii) the principal place of business and chief executive office of such Grantor and the office where such Grantor keeps its records concerning the Collateral, and where the original copies of each Material Contract and all originals of all Tangible Chattel Paper are located.
