The location of the principal place of business of the Company is One Presidential Boulevard, Fourth Floor, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania 19004 or such other location as may be determined by the Managing Member. In addition, the Company may maintain such other offices as the Managing Member may deem advisable at any other place or places within or without the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
