Common use of Location of Real Property and Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Location of Real Property and Leased Premises. (a) Schedule 8 to the Perfection Certificate lists completely and correctly as of the Original Effective Date all real property owned by Holdings, the Company and the Domestic Subsidiary Loan Parties having a fair market value (as determined in good faith by Holdings) in excess of $20.0 million and the addresses thereof. As of the Original Effective Date, Holdings, the Company and the Domestic Subsidiaries own in fee all the real property set forth as being owned by them on such Schedule.
