Location of Receivable Files. The Custodian will maintain the Receivable Files (or access to any Receivable Files stored in an electronic format) at one of its offices or the offices of one of its custodians in the United States. On request of the Depositor, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, the Custodian will provide a list of locations of the Receivable Files.
