Common use of Location of Receivable Files Clause in Contracts

Location of Receivable Files. A complete Receivable File with respect to each Receivable has been or prior to the Closing Date or the related Subsequent Transfer Date, as applicable, will be delivered to the Trustee at the location listed in Schedule B hereto.
