Location of Receivables Files. The Custodian will maintain the Receivables Files (or access to any Receivables Files stored in an electronic format) at one of its offices or the offices of one of its custodians in the United States. Upon request, the Custodian will provide a list of locations of the Receivables Files to the Depositor, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, or their representatives, attorneys or auditors.
