The Transferor will keep its principal place of business and chief executive office at the addresses specified in Schedule 2.02(m) or, upon not less than 30 days’ prior written notice given by the Transferor to the Issuer, at such other locations in jurisdictions in the United States of America where all action required by Section 2.01(d) has been taken and completed.
