Common use of Location of Registers Clause in Contracts

Location of Registers. The Corporation may at any time and from time to time change the place at which the register referred to in Section 3.1(1) hereof is kept and/or cause branch registers of holders to be kept, in each case subject to the approval of the Subscription Receipt Agent, at other places and close such branch registers or change the place at which such branch registers are kept. Notice of all such changes or closures shall be given by the Corporation to the Subscription Receipt Agent and to the holders of Subscription Receipts in accordance with Section 12.1 and Section 12.2 hereof.

Location of Registers. The Corporation may at any time and from time to time change the place at which the register referred to in Section 3.1(13.1(a) hereof is kept and/or cause branch registers of holders to be kept, in each case subject to the approval of the Subscription Receipt Agent, at other places and close such branch registers or change the place at which such branch registers are kept. Notice of all such changes or closures shall be given by the Corporation to the Subscription Receipt Agent and to the holders of Subscription Receipts in accordance with Section 12.1 and Section 12.2 hereof.

Notice of all such changes or closures shall be given by the Corporation to the Subscription Receipt Warrant Agent and to the holders of Subscription Receipts Warrants in accordance with Section 12.1 and Section 12.2 Article Thirteen hereof.

Notice of all such changes or closures shall be given by the Corporation to the Subscription Receipt Warrant Agent and to the holders of Subscription Receipts Warrants in accordance with Section 12.1 and Section 12.2 hereofArticle Eleven hereof .
