Common use of Location of Required Asset Documents Clause in Contracts

Location of Required Asset Documents. The Required Asset Documents shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian at the address set forth herein unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Required Asset Documents to be released to the Servicer on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof.
