Location of Required Loan Documents. Subject to Section 8.8, the Required Loan Documents shall remain at all times in the possession of the Trustee at the address set forth on Annex A to this Agreement unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Required Loan Documents to be released to the Servicer on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Required Loan Documents may be released pursuant to this Agreement.
