Common use of Location of Required Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Location of Required Loan Documents. Subject to Article XII of this Agreement, the Required Loan Documents shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian at its address located at The Depository Trust Company, 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx – 5th floor, Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 Attn: BNY Mellon/Branch Deposit Department unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Required Loan Documents to be released to the Servicer on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Required Loan Documents may be released pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
