Location of Required Receivable Files. Subject to Section 8.8, the Required Receivable Files shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian at the address set forth on Annex A to this Agreement unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Required Receivable Files to be released to the Servicer on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Required Receivable Files may otherwise be released pursuant to this Agreement.
