Common use of Location of Underlying Instruments Clause in Contracts

Location of Underlying Instruments. Subject to Section 13.4, the Underlying Instruments shall remain at all times in the possession of the Custodian at the address set forth on Annex A hereto, unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Underlying Instruments to be released to the Collateral Manager on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Underlying Instruments may be released pursuant to this Agreement.

Location of Underlying Instruments. Subject to Section 13.47.8, the Underlying Instruments shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Agent or the Custodian at the address set forth on Annex A hereto, unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Underlying Instruments to be released to the Collateral Manager on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Underlying Instruments may be released pursuant to this Agreement.
