Common use of Location of Underlying Instruments Clause in Contracts

Location of Underlying Instruments. Subject to Section 7.8, the Underlying Instruments shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian at the Corporate Trust Office unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Underlying Instruments to be released to the Collateral Administrator on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Underlying Instruments may be released pursuant to this Agreement.

Location of Underlying Instruments. Subject to Section 7.8, the Underlying Instruments shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian Trustee at the Corporate Trust Office or its Document Custody Facilities unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Underlying Instruments to be released to the Collateral Administrator Servicer on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Underlying Instruments may be released pursuant to this Agreement.

Subject to Section 7.87.8 , the Underlying Instruments shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian Agent at the its Corporate Trust Office unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Underlying Instruments to be released to the Collateral Administrator Manager on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Underlying Instruments may be released pursuant to this Agreement.
