Keep the Vehicles only at the locations set forth on Schedule 6.13, as such schedule may be revised from time to time as set forth in the Compliance Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 6.02(a), except that Vehicles may, in the ordinary course of business, (a) be temporarily in transit to or between such locations or (b) be temporarily removed from such locations (i) for repair or (ii) when being test driven by potential customers.
