Common use of LOCATION / OWNERSHIP OF RECORDS Clause in Contracts

LOCATION / OWNERSHIP OF RECORDS. If Contractor works primarily in a County facility, records shall be kept in County’s facility and owned by County. If Contractor works in another facility or a school setting, the records shall be owned and kept by Contractor and upon demand by County, a copy of all original records shall be delivered to County within a reasonable time from the conclusion of this Contract.
