Common use of Location; Records Clause in Contracts

Location; Records. The Trust Depositor shall (a) not move its location outside the Commonwealth of Virginia or its jurisdiction of formation outside of the State of Delaware without 30 days’ prior written notice to the Owner Trustee and the Trustee and (b) will promptly take all actions (if any) required (including, but not limited to, all filings and other acts necessary or advisable under the UCC of each relevant jurisdiction) in order to continue the first priority perfected security interest of the Trustee in all Collateral.
