Location; Travel. Executive’s job will be based in Newport News, Virginia. FELLC reserves the right to change this location to any place within the United States as may be reasonably required from time to time for the proper performance of Executive’s duties. Executive agrees to travel on the business of the Company (both within the United States and abroad) as may be required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties.
Location; Travel. In performing his duties hereunder, Executive shall be available for reasonable travel, as the needs of the business of the Company may require. It is expected that Executive shall be based and shall perform his duties primarily at the Company’s Pompano Beach, Florida facility.
Location; Travel. Executive shall be based at the Company’s Canadian corporate office in Montreal, Quebec, but Executive may be required to travel from time to time to other geographic locations in connection with the performance of his executive duties.
Location; Travel. Executive’s primary office shall be in the Company’s Austin, Texas location or in any successor location within the greater Austin, Texas metropolitan area. Executive shall be expected to travel to such places and at such times as may be appropriate or necessary to carry out his responsibilities under this Agreement, including, without limitation, to the Company’s Vancouver, British Columbia office.
Location; Travel. Executive shall work at ICH's headquarters in San Diego County, California. Executive shall not be required to relocate from the San Diego area during the Employment Period.
Location; Travel. Executive shall work at the Company's headquarters in La Jolla, California. Executive shall not be required to relocate from San Diego County during the Employment Period.
Location; Travel. Executive shall work at ICH's offices in New York, New York. Executive shall not be required to relocate from the New York City area during the Employment Period.
Location; Travel. The permanent place of employment of Executive shall be the corporate headquarters of the Company located in the metropolitan Nashville, Tennessee area. Executive shall not be required to relocate his place of employment outside of the metropolitan Nashville, Tennessee area at any time during the Employment Term without his prior consent, which consent may be withheld by Executive for any reason he deems appropriate. Executive may be required to conduct reasonable travel in the course of the performance of his duties on behalf of the Company.

Location; Travel. In connection with his employment during the Employment Term, unless otherwise agreed by the Executive, the Executive will be based in the Dallas metropolitan area. Executive will undertake normal business travel on behalf of the Company, the reasonable expenses of which will be paid by the Company pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Agreement.
