Locations; Names, Etc. Without at least 10 days’ prior written notice to the First Lien Collateral Agent, no Subsidiary Guarantor shall (i) change its location (as defined in Section 9 307 of the NYUCC) or (ii) change its name from the name shown as its current legal name on Annex 1.
