Common use of Locations of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Locations of Collateral. There is no location at which any Loan Party has any Collateral (except for Inventory in transit) other than those locations listed on Schedule 6.01(dd) or Schedule 6.01(ee) and any other locations reported (or permitted to be exempt from reporting) pursuant to Section 7.01(a)(v). Schedule 6.01(dd) hereto contains a true, correct and complete list, as of the Effective Date, of the legal names and addresses of each warehouse at which Collateral of each Loan Party is stored.

There is no location at which any Domestic Loan Party has any Collateral (except for Inventory in transit) other than (i) those locations listed on Schedule 6.01(dd) or Schedule 6.01(ee) and (ii) any other locations reported (approved in writing by the Collateral Agent from time to time or permitted to be exempt from reporting) pursuant to Section 7.01(a)(v). Schedule 6.01(dd) hereto contains a true, correct and complete list, as of in locations in the Effective Date, of the legal names and addresses of each warehouse at continental United States for which Collateral of each such Loan Party is storedhas provided notice to the Agents in accordance with Section 7.01(l) and a written subordination or waiver or collateral access agreement in accordance with Section 7.01(m).
