Common use of Locations of Inventory and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.14).

Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party other than those identified on Schedule 4.31(a) and are otherwise located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate 4.31(b) (as such Schedule Schedules may be updated pursuant to Section 6.145.15).

The As of the Effective Date, the Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party other than those identified on Schedule 4.28(a) and are otherwise located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.144.28(b).

The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party other than those identified on Schedule 4.29(a) and are otherwise located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate 4.29(b) (as such Schedule Schedules may be updated pursuant to Section 6.145.15).

The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment in-transit or out for repairrepair or Inventory in-transit) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except as identified on Schedule 4.29 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15) and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate 4.29 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.145.15).

The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Material Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate 4.35 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.145.23 or in transit to a customer of such Loan Party or such Material Subsidiary).

The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party (except as noted on Schedule 7.16 to the Information Certificate) and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.14).

The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair, and mobile Equipment such as laptop computers in the possession of such Loan Parties’ employees or agents) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.14).

The Except as described on Schedule 4.30(a), the Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or tobetween, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate 4.30(b) (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.145.15).

The Inventory and material Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party (unless such bailee, warehouseman, or similar party is identified on Schedule 4.27) and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate 4.27 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.145.15).
