Common use of Locations of Inventory and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair and Inventory and Equipment not in excess of $250,000 at any one location and not in excess of $2,000,000 for all such locations) of the Loan Parties are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except as identified on Schedule 4.27 and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.27 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).

Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair and Inventory and Equipment not in excess of $250,000 at any one location and not in excess of $2,000,000 for all such locationsrepair) of the Loan Parties with an aggregate value of more than $250,000 (i) are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except as at a location identified on Schedule 4.27 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.15) and (ii) are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.27 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.156.15).
