Locations of Loan Party. Each Loan Party's chief executive office and domicile (for purposes of the Quebec Civil Code) is located at the addresses set forth on Schedule 4.15(c) hereto. Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which any Loan Party keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office.
