Common use of Lock-Box Accounts and Servicing Accounts Clause in Contracts

Lock-Box Accounts and Servicing Accounts. (a) The Master Servicer shall administer each Lock-Box Account, Cash Collateral Account and Servicing Account in accordance with the related Mortgage Loan, Cash Collateral Account Agreement or Lock-Box Agreement, if any.
