Common use of Lock-Box Accounts Clause in Contracts

Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Exhibit C to the Transfer Agreement (or at such other Lock-Box Banks and/or with such other Lock-Box Accounts as have been notified to the Purchaser and the Agent and for which Lock-Box Agreements have been executed in accor- dance with Section 2.8(b) of the Transfer Agreement and delivered to the Servicer). All Obligors have been instructed to make payment to a Lock-Box Account and only Collections are deposited into the Lock-Box Accounts.

Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Exhibit C to the Transfer Agreement (or at such other Lock-Box Banks and/or with such other Lock-Box Accounts as will have been notified to the Purchaser and the Agent Servicer and for which Lock-Box Agreements will have been executed in accor- dance with Section 2.8(b) of the Transfer Agreement and delivered to the Servicer).
