Common use of Lock-Box Accounts Clause in Contracts

Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the lock-box accounts of each Originator or Seller at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Schedule 6.01(o) (or have been notified to and approved by the Administrator in accordance with Section 7.03(d)).

The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the lock-box accounts of each Originator the Transferor or Seller Servicer at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Schedule 6.01(o6.2(o) (or have been notified to and approved by the Administrator Agents in accordance with Section 7.03(d7.3(d)).

Each of the Lock-Box Accounts is subject to a Lock-Box Agreement that is in full force and effect.
