Common use of Lock-Box Banks and Accounts Clause in Contracts

Lock-Box Banks and Accounts. The Lock-Box Banks are the only --------------------------- institutions holding any accounts for the receipt of payments from Obligors in respect of Receivables (subject to such changes as may be made from time to time in accordance with Section 3.01(i)).
