Common use of Lock-Boxes Clause in Contracts

Lock-Boxes. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together, with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts of the Seller at such Lock-Box Banks and the names, addresses and account numbers of all accounts to which Collections of the Assets outstanding before the initial Purchase hereunder have been sent, are specified in Schedule II (which shall be deemed to be amended in respect of terminating or adding any Lock-Box Account or Lock-Box Bank upon satisfaction of the notice and other requirements specified in respect thereof).

Lock-Boxes. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, ---------- together, with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts of the Seller at such Lock-Box Banks and the names, addresses and account numbers of all accounts to which Collections of the Assets outstanding before the initial Purchase hereunder have been sent, are specified in Schedule II (which shall be deemed to be amended in respect of terminating or adding any Lock-Box Account or Lock-Box Bank upon satisfaction of the notice and other requirements specified in respect thereof).

Lock-Boxes. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts of the Seller Originator at such Lock-Box Banks Banks, and the names, addresses and account numbers of all accounts to which Collections of the Purchased Assets outstanding before the initial Purchase hereunder have been sent, are specified in Schedule II of the Receivables Credit Agreement (which shall be deemed to be amended in respect of terminating or adding any Lock-Box Account or Lock-Box Bank upon satisfaction of the notice and other requirements specified in respect thereof).
