Common use of Lockboxes Clause in Contracts

Lockboxes. Upon request of Administrative Agent, each Debtor shall execute and deliver to Administrative Agent irrevocable lockbox agreements in the form provided by or otherwise acceptable to Administrative Agent, which agreements shall be accompanied by an acknowledgment by the bank where the lockbox is located of the Lien of Administrative Agent granted hereunder and of irrevocable instructions to wire all amounts collected therein to a special collateral account at Administrative Agent.

Lockboxes. Upon request of Administrative AgentAgent at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, each Debtor Company shall execute and deliver to Administrative Agent Administrative Agent's standard form of irrevocable lockbox agreements in agreement and notify the form provided by or otherwise acceptable obligors on the Receivables to Administrative Agent, which agreements shall be accompanied by an acknowledgment by the bank where the lockbox is located of the Lien of Administrative Agent granted hereunder and of irrevocable instructions make payments thereon to wire all amounts collected therein to a special collateral account at Administrative Agentsuch lockbox.
