REGISTERED OFFICE & AGENT The name and location of the registered agent will be as stated in the Company’s formation documents and complies with Section 605.0113 of the Act. Pursuant to Section 605.0410 of the Act, the Members are obligated to maintain and update the business records on file with the Company’s registered agent.

Central Office A local switching system for connecting lines to lines, lines to trunks, or trunks to trunks for the purpose of originating/terminating calls over the public switched telephone network. A single Central Office may handle several Central Office codes ("NXX"). Sometimes this term is used to refer to a telephone company building in which switching systems and telephone equipment are installed.

Registered Office and Agent The registered office and registered agent of the Company shall be the registered office and registered agent named in the Certificate of Formation. The Company may change the registered office and registered agent as the Sole Member may from time to time deem necessary or advisable.
Place of Business The LLC’s principal place of business shall be St. Louis, Missouri. The Member may establish and maintain such other offices and additional places of business of the LLC, either within or without the State of Delaware, or close any office or place of business of the LLC, as it deems appropriate.

Locations Each invoice shall show the location, with the street name and AAR/DOT crossing inventory number.
