Amergis may utilize the services of Contractors if Customer (i) requests practitioners who are contracted with Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Tenens, LLC (“Locum Tenens division”); or (ii) in the event Customer makes a request for an urgent volume of staff and the use of Contractors is necessary to meet the requirements under this Agreement.
