Logistics Services. Expedite the development of integrated transport logistics services within ASEAN through:
(a) Promotion of efficient door-to-door cargo transport and cross-border transport facilitation through the expeditious implementation of the ASEAN Framework Agreement on the Facilitation of Goods in Transit, and the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Multimodal Transport;
(b) Improvement of land transport network infrastructures and services to achieve better inter- connectivity, inter-operability and inter-modality with the national, regional and international maritime and air transport gateways.
(c) Strengthening intra-ASEAN maritime and shipping transport services; and
(d) Establishment of enabling and conducive policy environment for increased private sector involvement and/or public-private partnerships in the development of transport infrastructure and the provision and operation of transport logistics facilities and services.
Logistics Services. Services we provide in relation to Goods while they are outside of our warehouse buildings.
Logistics Services. Fees for dispatch, including VECC or any successor agency, personnel, supplies, and equipment to support a logistics unit as determined by the Board to include, but not limited to, property and evidence storage and security, communications, and fleet services.
Logistics Services. The Prices for Logistics Services are set forth in Exhibit 6.
Logistics Services. Logistics Service Provider shall have the following responsibilities:
(a) Receipt, management, and transmission of Company shipping data;
(b) Management of Company’s import program on a Purchase Order basis;
(c) Management of Company vendors;
(d) Receiving, booking, routing and dispatch of Company’s cargo;
Logistics Services. (a) The Service Provider shall provide, or cause an affiliate to provide, the Logistics Services to the Corporation in consideration of the relocation of the Tinley Relocated Assets to the Facility. For greater certainty, nothing in the Agreement shall impose any obligation on the Service Provider to pay for any costs associated with the Corporation’s anticipated installation and commissioning of the Tinley Relocated Assets at the Facility unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.
(b) The Corporation hereby covenants and agrees to reimburse the Servicer Provider for the Logistics Services Fees.
Logistics Services. 5.7.1. The ORGANIZER is aware that, in order to protect the SPACES from damage and to make the logistics process as smooth as possible, certain logistics services have been entrusted to an exclusive partner of EASYFAIRS BELGIUM. This
5.7.2. The ORGANIZER or the service provider that owns or rents forklift trucks and aerial work platforms and does not wish to make use of the above logistics service, may use its own forklift trucks and aerial work platforms for loading and unloading material, provided that it has the necessary permits and certificates and that it notifies the ORGANIZER thereof in advance. The ORGANIZER shall in turn inform EASYFAIRS BELGIUM thereof with a view to the smooth running of the construction of the EVENT.
Logistics Services. 6.1. SAGATRANS will perform the following logistic services for the account of INTER PARFUMS: - Unloading of the goods; - Storage and conservation of the goods at ambient temperature (above freezing); - Management of stock (control, inventory, first in - first out, according to the manner of management retained by INTER PARFUMS); - Preparation of orders in accordance with the instructions from INTER PARFUMS and breakdown of the pallets used; - Computer management of stock that allows the INTER PARFUMS company to track their own inventory.
6.2. All goods entrusted by the INTER PARFUMS company remain the property of the latter. Nevertheless, SAGATRANS agrees to give the Products the same care that it would give to objects belonging to them personally. SAGATRANS is independent in its management. It accepts the responsibility of managing the stock of the INTER PARFUMS company by devoting to it all the care necessary, it is understood that the two parties agree to optimize the management of the stock through thoughtful organization. EXHIBIT 10.116.1 The computer management installed by SAGATRANS makes it possible for INTER PARFUMS to supervise the regular rotation of its stock.
6.3. If a product or several Products were not to be referred to by INTER PARFUMS any more, or were to remain in the warehouse for more than six (6) months with no inventory turnover, SAGATRANS would notify INTER PARFUMS and ask what possible provisions should to be taken as for their transfer to another SAGATRANS site located in Normandy. SAGATRANS cannot be held responsible for the obsolescence of the Products in the warehouse that have reached their final sell-by dates. SAGATRANS may in no case be held responsible for the cost of the disposal of such Products.
Logistics Services. 7.1 The Logistics Services will be available to the Customer at the times and in the manner specified by PISG from time to time.
7.2 If PISG specifies timeframes for the dispatch and delivery of Purchased Devices and XXXx, PISG will endeavour to ensure that those timeframes are met, but will have no liability to the Customer or any person claiming through the Customer if dispatch or delivery occurs outside those timeframes.
Logistics Services. Fleming shall provide to Kmart the logistics services described on Sxxxxxxx 2 (the "Logistics Services"). Fleming reserves the right to utilize third-party logistics providerx, xxxxonably acceptable to Kmart, as a part of its service package. To the extent that Fleming selects and retains third party providers, Fleming shall beax xxx xosts associated therewith and shall remain lxxxxx xor the acts and omissions of said third party providers irrespective of any approval therefor by Kmart.
