Long Distance Authorizations. Schedule 4.20(d) hereto sets forth, as of the Effective Date, a true and complete list of all Communications Licenses and PUC Authorizations (and the expiration dates thereof) of each Loan Party pertaining to the provision of long distance telecommunications services and high-speed internet access and, if applicable, the jurisdiction served thereby.
