Common use of Long-Form Registrations Clause in Contracts

Long-Form Registrations. The holders of Registrable Securities shall be entitled to an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations in which the Company shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(a)), whether or not any such registration is consummated. All Long-Form Registrations shall be underwritten registrations.

Long-Form Registrations. The holders of Registrable Securities Holders shall be entitled to request an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations in which the Company Corporation shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(a))Expenses, regardless of whether any registration statement is filed or not any such registration Demand Registration is consummated. All Long-Form Registrations shall be underwritten registrationsregistrations unless otherwise approved by Holders representing a majority of the Registrable Securities requesting registration.

Long-Form Registrations. The holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities shall be entitled to an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations in which the Company shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(a)), whether or not any such registration is consummated; provided that the aggregate offering value of the Registrable Securities requested to be registered in any Long-Form Registration must equal at least $10 million. All Long-Form Registrations shall be underwritten registrations.

The holders of Registrable Securities Holders shall be entitled to an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations Registrations, in which the Company Partnership shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(a))Expenses, whether or not any such registration is consummated. All Long-Form Registrations shall be underwritten registrations.

The holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities shall be entitled to request an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations in which the Company shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(a5)), whether or not any such registration is consummated. All In addition, the holders of at least a majority of the Registrable Securities may assign a right to request one or multiple Long-Form Registrations in which the Company shall be underwritten registrationspay all Registration Expenses to any holder of Registrable Securities in connection with the distribution or other transfer of such Registrable Securities.

The holders of Investor Registrable Securities shall be entitled to request pursuant to Section 1(a) an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations in which the Company shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(a)5), whether or not any such registration is consummated. All Long-Form Registrations shall be underwritten registrations.

Long-Form Registrations. The holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities shall be entitled to request an unlimited number of Long-Form Registrations in which the Company shall pay all Registration Expenses (as defined in Section 6(aparagraph 13)), whether or not any such registration is consummated. All Long-Form Registrations shall be underwritten registrations.
