Long Service Step. 1. Effective October 1, 2014 a Long Service Step equivalent to two percent (2%) shall be added to Schedule A. Employees shall be eligible for the Long Service Step identified in Schedule A upon completion of the following: i Twenty (20) or more years of continuous service; and
