Long-term Care Services Where Members Live. Members shall receive the long-term care services in the benefit package where they live, including: a. The member’s own home, including supported apartments. b. Alternative residential settings including, but not limited to: i. State Certified Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC). ii. Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF). iii. Adult Family Homes (AFH). c. Nursing Facilities or Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID).
