Common use of Long Term Period Clause in Contracts

Long Term Period. (a) From any Conversion Date after which the Bonds will bear interest at a Long Term Rate (the “Long Term Period”) until the next following Conversion Date or the maturity date of the Bonds, the Bonds will bear interest at a Long Term Rate, as hereinafter described.
