Long Term Storage. If equipment sold by Seller is not installed and ready for startup within 6 months of shipment, it will require long term storage maintenance procedures. Please refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for such requirements. Failure to follow these procedures may void warranty and affect equipment operation. All costs related to long term storage is the responsibility of the Buyer of the equipment. Buyer will be invoiced per the dollar value of the items and/or services performed and Xxxxx agrees to pay the invoice as outlined in the payment policy herein.
Long Term Storage a) Long term storage is limited to 24 consecutive months pursuant to ordinance no. 871: 14.09.110 Idle Vessel Removal. No vessel will be allowed to remain in the Wrangell Marine Service Center for longer than 24 consecutive months and such vessel is thereafter subject to impoundment and sale per sections 14.13.005-.060.
b) Long term storage rate DOUBLES after 12 consecutive months.
Long Term Storage. All verification test data, calibration data, certificates of calibration, assessment reports, verification reports, and verification statements will be retained by MRI’s APCT Program Office for a period of not less than 7 years after the final payment of the assistance agreement as per Part A, Section 5.3 of the EPA ETV QMP.

As required by the World Anti-doping Code, the Anti-doping Organizations must develop a strategy and selection criteria to store samples over the long-term (up to 10 years), for the possible need for retroactive analysis or where new detection methods are introduced. We remind you that a platform called “REVEAL” is available to anyone who want share information about doping suspicion in a completely anonymous and secure manner - managed independently by the International Testing Agency (ITA). Every piece of information is important in the fight for Clean Wrestling and through REVEAL you can support the investigation of anti-doping rule violations or criminal behaviour.
Long Term Storage. The employee may elect to store one personal vehicle (car or light truck) for up to the full duration of the employee’s fixed term assignment at a storage facility (determined by the Company) at Company expense. At the time of relocation, an employee may choose to store their personal household effects in a storage facility (as determined by the Company) for the duratio n of the fixed term assignment at Company expense. Access to personal effects during the term of storage will be at the employee’s expense.
Long Term Storage. The code of conduct for scientific practice requires that you retain your data for ten years after you have published your article and make it available upon request for verification purposes. You may be able to fulfil such requests while you are in your present job, but to make data available for a longer period for re-use and verification, you should store it in a data archive with proper documentation and in a sustainable data format (e.g. mediaTUM). Research data should always be retained for the short term. Additional long-term storage is at least recommended if:
1. data underlies publications 2. long-term storage and sharing is required by funders

c) Welding, oxy-acetylene cutting or any type of open flame work; boom truck activities or forklift activities; commercial spray painting; fiberglassing; or structural boat work, is NOT ALLOWED in the storage area.
Long Term Storage. Items approved for storage must not pose a potential hazard of any kind: i.e. no propane tanks, tires, compressed gas, hazardous containers of any sort, no food or storage of any item(s) that could attract pest(s), etc. Storage area(s) must be kept clean; if clean-up is required, applicant will be charged for additional custodial fees. All Storage Renters must submit a copy of an Insurance Certificate for Contents Insurance prior to storing any items onsite. 20. Parking is limited due to the multi-use of our facility. Parking lots are public spaces and will not be blocked off for your event. Caterer trucks, vans, contractors etc., cannot be parked overnight unless previously agreed upon in writing with the office administrator. 21. Chairs and/or decorations are not permitted outside. Indoor decorations are to be approved by the office administrator; details are to be submitted with the rental application. The only acceptable types of tape to be used on the premises are painter’s tape or masking tape.
Long Term Storage. In the event that Purchaser directs the Contractor to deliver any Satellite(s) or Satellite Batch(es) to storage for reasons not attributable to Contractor: [***…***], Purchaser shall pay Contractor for such storage at the rate of [***…***] United States dollars (US $[***…***]) per month per Satellite up to a maximum period of storage of [***…***] months (such storage “Long Term Storage”). For the avoidance of doubt, at the conclusion [***…***], any Satellite(s) or Satellite Batch(es) remaining in Short Term Storage for reasons not attributable to Contractor, and that have not been designated for delivery by Purchaser to a Launch Site or other non-Contractor or Subcontractor facility as contemplated in Article 31.3, shall be deemed to be delivered to Long Term Storage. Unless the Long Term Storage of any Satellite(s) or Satellite Batches is for reasons attributable to Contractor, any pre and post-storage operation and re-verification testing in excess of what would have been required if the Satellite were placed in Short Term Storage during the NEXT System Launch Campaign will be considered a Change Order under Article 15. The foregoing shall be Purchaser’s sole liability for costs associated with Long Term Storage.
Long Term Storage. Long term storage is defined as storage in excess of one month and is primarily used: for materials frequently accessed (ex. Scaffolding, tools, bicycles for Athletics classes, etc.).
