Lonza Responsibility. Except as expressly set forth in this Section 6, and except for amounts payable for Services in accordance with Section 5.1, Trubion shall have no obligation to make any payment to Lonza (other than payment of the related Price or Product Price) or reimburse Lonza for any expenses incurred by Lonza which are related to enabling Lonza to manufacture Bulk Drug in conformance with then-current Specifications and in compliance with cGMP and other Legal Requirements.
