Look-Back RSUs. For purposes of this Agreement, the Committee approved a Target Look-Back RSU Amount of ( ) RSUs. No later than ninety (90) days after the end of the Performance Period, the Committee, in its sole discretion, shall award the Participant a number of RSUs of between zero and the Target Look-Back RSU Amount (“Look-Back RSUs”), on the Determination Date (as defined below).
